Co-Founded Great Plains Software Deutschland GmbH which became an International Alliance Partner. Setup the company with the Managing Director and grew the team to 18. Responsible for eEnterprise ERP system: localization, 3^rd party development, coordination with Great Plains Software US.

• Recruitment/management of key development/reselling partners. Goal: rapid development of critical/market compliant ERP functionality
• Successful acquisition and integration of a German based competitor in 1999
• Sold the company to Great Plains Software US (Fargo, ND) in 2000

After acquisition: promoted to head of product management for all ERP and CRM product lines, later to European Business Unit lead. Responsible for a team of 50 with full Profit/Loss (P/L) responsibility.
